Kehinde Ayantunji has retained his seat as the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun Chapter.
The former Acting Chairman of Osun NUJ was returned back to office after he was elected today, Monday during the Union’s election in Osogbo, Osun State.
Kehinde Ayantunji who works with Osun Defender polled 186 votes as against his counterpart, Mr. Dele Ajayi of Uniq FM who had 62 votes.
Also, Mr. Wasiu Ajadosu of Radio Nigeria polled 136 votes to emerged vice Chairman while his counterpart from the State’s Ministry of Information, Oluwatoyin Adeoye who got 110 Votes respectively.
Reacting to his victory, Ayantunji who will be in saddle of power of the Union for the next 3 years promised to continue to work towards the progress of the Union.
He also pledged transparent and all inclusive administration throughout his regime.
